• Òfó (oh-FOH): when a narrative hardens and corroborates, respond with structured, approved authority.

Our founding team brings 30+ years combined across data engineering, security, and platform leadership, including head-of-data and network and security engineering roles in regulated industries. We built Ofeux because reputation management deserves the same discipline as infrastructure: governed intelligence, clear accountability, and systems that hold up under scrutiny.

Why we built Ofeux

We watched reputation incidents unfold in real time, not because organisations lacked monitoring, but because monitoring didn't connect to action. Alerts piled up in Slack channels. Responses went out without approval. Nobody measured whether the response changed anything. The audit trail was a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.

Ofeux exists because the gap between "something is being said" and "we responded correctly, with a record" should not require six tools and a crisis comms retainer. One platform should take you from signal to measured outcome, with governance at every step.
