Ofeux

Terms of service

Terms for using Ofeux, a QaudFesh Technologies product.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Ofeux, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Enterprise customers may be governed by a separate signed agreement that takes precedence over these terms.

2. The service

Ofeux provides hosted software for social monitoring, narrative intelligence, claim verification, alert management, governed response workflows, and outcome measurement. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core governance controls (mandatory approval, audit logging, organisation isolation) without notice to paying customers.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accounts created under your organisation, for assigning appropriate roles, and for activity conducted by your users. You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of applicable law or platform terms of connected social networks
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape unrelated accounts, or probe system security
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with service availability
  • Misrepresent AI-generated analysis as verified fact without human review where required

5. Your content and credentials

You retain ownership of content and configuration you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions to monitor subjects and publish responses through connected accounts.

6. AI-assisted features

Analysis, drafts, and recommendations are assistive. Approvers remain accountable for external communications. Ofeux does not guarantee accuracy of AI output or third-party social data.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party API outages may affect collection or publishing. Support levels depend on your subscription tier.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to your order form or pricing agreement. Free trials may convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QaudFesh Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate according to your contract. We may suspend access for material breach or unlawful use. Upon termination, you may request export of your data subject to applicable retention requirements.

11. Governing law

These terms will be governed by the jurisdiction specified in your enterprise agreement, or otherwise by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
