- Authentication
- Sign in with work email or Google. Role-based permissions control who can view, approve, and publish.
- Your workspace
- Each organisation has its own workspace. Your narratives, alerts, and drafts are not visible to other customers.
- Connected accounts
- Social account connections are stored using encryption. Technical security documentation is available during enterprise evaluation.
- Human approval gate
- Nothing publishes externally without approver sign-off. Scheduled or automatic posting only runs after explicit approval.
- Audit trail
- Profile changes, alert acknowledgements, draft approvals, and publishes are recorded in a permanent audit trail.
- Enterprise documentation
- Security questionnaires, DPA, and subprocessors list available on request during procurement.
