Security practices

Ofeux is a hosted SaaS platform operated by QaudFesh Technologies Ltd. The items below reflect how the product is built today; formal certifications and artefact packs are available during enterprise evaluation.

Authentication: Sign-in with email or Google OAuth. Organisation-scoped JWT sessions. Role-based access (owner, admin, manager) enforced on every API request.
Data isolation: Profiles, posts, narratives, and credentials are scoped to your organisation. Cross-organisation access is blocked at the query layer.
Credential storage: Social API tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Encryption keys are held in environment configuration, not in the database.
Human approval gate: No external publish path bypasses approver sign-off. Auto-post only runs after explicit approval.
Audit trail: Profile changes, alert acknowledgements, draft approvals, and publishes are recorded in an append-only audit log.
Enterprise documentation: Security questionnaires, DPA, and subprocessors list available on request during procurement.
